Villa Ersi was completed in 2012, the villa’s elevated position means superb panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and the shimmering Ionian sea. Villa Ersi is both modern, charming and welcoming home. As your eyes take in its spacious wide sun terraces bordering an iridescent large infinity edged swimming pool, a sense of keen anticipation is guaranteed.
Contemporary in design, the house is on two floors and feels uncluttered and modern. The inviting large swimming pool provides a great vantage spot for soaking up the warm sunshine and enjoying those fantastic views. A shaded patio on which to enjoy alfresco dining and romantic views of glorious sunsets completes the picture.
Entrance to the villa brings you in directly into the spacious lounge with inviting sofas around a low coffee table and patio doors lead out from the lounge to the pool terrace. To the left of the entrance on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, with yet again more sliding patio doors out to the terrace where a shaded veranda awaits complete with a comfortable outdoor suite of furniture. To the right of the entrance is the delightful double bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs there is double bedroom with queen size bed and a charming twin bedroom, all bedrooms are en suite and are well appointed with the doors that lead out to balcony’s where you can relax and take in the tranquil surroundings. As with all the villas Kefalonia, the concept of outdoor living is a key factor in the layout of villa Ersi and a number of well placed windows and doors allow both easy access to these areas and ensure that those captivating views are not forgotten.
Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia is only 8kms drive away, here you will find an attractive main square, a pretty harbour promenade lined with palm trees, lots of cafes and restaurants, large supermarkets, plenty of shops and the best place on the island for fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and meat for your barbecue. Sarlata is a good base from which to explore the rest of the Island as most places of interest are less than an hour’s drive away.
