Jasemi is a rustic two bedroom villa, fully air conditioned throughout, built in a traditional Kefalonian style with large balconies and terraces designed for outdoor living, with shutters on all the windows and doors to keep the villa cool and a private pool enclosed by beautiful stone walls. The decor inside this spacious villa is contemporary, elegant and minimalist, yet entirely in keeping with the regions style.
Downstairs is an open plan lounge with two modern double sofas an LCD TV, DVD player, an open fireplace and a small study area. The lounge leads into a cream coloured fitted kitchen with matching dining table and chairs, and double doors that open out onto an al fresco dining area under a wooden pergola overlooking the infinity swimming pool. Next to the kitchen is a family shower room with wc and a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and mosquito machines.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, a twin and a master double each with their own en suite shower/wc rooms and doors leading out onto private terraces furnished with a table and set of chairs. Both terraces overlook the infinity swimming pool and have amazing views over Fiscardo.
The infinity swimming pool has a built in Jacuzzi bench, where at the end of the day you can relax with a chilled glass of wine or beer whilst enjoying the stunning views over the bay as the sun sets.
The villa can sleep upto 5 people with the 5th person sleeping on a camp bed. 5th person is chargeable and charged per day according to prices.
