Villa Asterias is a superbly designed modern home set on the lower slopes of Mount Aenos, with spectacular panoramic views over Trapezaki and the Ionian Sea towards Zante. Within two kilometres of Asteria you have the unspoilt beaches of Trapezaki, Kanali and Lourdas. Close by, in Lourdas and Trapezaki there are a number of small shops, mini markets and lots of tavernas offering a variety of local greek cuisine, with many of the restaurants located on the beach.
Villa Asterias has been built over three levels, the main entrance is on the middle floor which leads into a large double bedroom with its own living area with comfortable seating, a corner study, seperate bathroom and two sets of sliding doors that lead onto a wrap around balcony with breathtaking sea views. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. On the ground floor you have the main living area, with an open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. A family bathroom is located next to the living room. Also downstairs there is a double bedroom complete with its own en suite bathroom and sliding doors that open onto the pool area. Sliding doors from the lounge lead out onto a shaded canvas pergola where there are two sofas, a built in barbecue and a large wooden table with two benches where you can enjoy the stunning views whilst eating al fresco. The landscaped gardens are well maintained and enclosed by traditional stone walls for added privacy.
